Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of the dispatch date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date.
  • Personalized, engraved products, and bodywear with broken seals are non-returnable.
  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them, with tags and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • To start a return, contact us at info@loadbofficial.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Include the packing slip or order number with your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@loadbofficial.com.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is more expensive, we will contact you for additional payment.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@loadbofficial.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, along with photos of the issue. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@loadbofficial.com. Ensure your order details are correct before checkout.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Consumer Rights
